23-PU1113-UNX-DC has been trying to update for a month plus

About every 48 hours I get the notification that this update will install overnight. I never get an error message, but something is keeping it from completing.

This has been going on for well over a month. Is there anything I can do to learn why it won't complete or what I can do to help get the install to complete successfully?

It's phantom update notice. There is no indication that update has been sent to you in your OTA dashboard. That particular update was the first one ever released that requires wifi to install. I think if you were getting it sent it to you, I would see it here, but you can try connecting to wifi and manually checking for updates to see if it makes a difference. If you already tried it, then just ignore the message.
