Looks like 2.3.51 was just released this morning. Haven't had a chance to try it yet as it's 8am here but will likely give it a go this weekend. Curious how others make out.

I just tried connecting to my '23 for the forst time and received the same error using v2.3.51. How does one contact the development team for assistance? I would be happy to purchase an extended license if I am able to connect.

I just tried connecting for the first time and received the same error. Version 2.3.51 also.

I reached out to support just this morning and they provided me with a test version that is newer and it does work for me now.

Just wanted to report that I was able to connect using a test build that they sent me. For others who are also having this problem, purchase the one year license for $12. This allows you to email their support team. Next, try to connect to your vehicle and save a copy of the log file. Then, email their support stating you are unable to connect to your vehicle along with your vehicle info, VIN, FORScan version, OBD II adapter model and FORScan log file. I received a response from them the following day with the new test build that allowed me to connect.

Has anyone gotten to get this program to work with the truck being tuned? About to do a Livernois Tune this week, and also want to use forscan. Have a F150 XLT 2023
