21 Limited Powerboost with no weight scale feature on 12" touch screen?

I have a 21 Limited Powerboost F150, I went to haul some bags of playsand for a project the other day. I went to select the on board weight scale feature and noticed I do not have the capability to see this?
I was under the impression all the higher trim F150s had this feature as standard? I don't think any recent updates have eliminated this on board scale feature? I did purchase this used, I am the 2nd owner and I cannot think of anything the previous owner could have done to remove or disable this on board scale feature?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated guys.

I don't think weight scaling came out until the 22 year models. The software will have an icon for it though.

Thanks, yeah I was looking for that weight scale icon and wondered. I thought I read somewhere that the higher trim models did come with it starting in 21, it could have been a later production 21 model though too. Mine was built in April if I remember correctly, I appreciate the information.

Scales (and CCD suspension) were a Job 2 option for '21 (i.e. started being available around July). And was an option on most upper level trims (not sure about Limited).

I just checked, my truck is a January 2021 build date. That makes sense now, thanks man I appreciate the information

as a data point, 2021 Limited owner, don't have onboard scales either

I have a Job2 (barely) 2022.
It has scales.
They're cute.
That's all I will say about them.
