I had a notification on my phone today that was so brief I didn't really get to read it all. But it said something like my vehicle was in FordPass. So I got really excited and went into FordPass to see what the fuss was about. My FordPass looks just like it always has.

Has anyone had this weird experience before? I don't know what it means. I suppose a chip was added that pinged the outside world.

I literally wrote my salesman yesterday to ask if he’d sell me a similar Raptor off of a sister dealership’s lot.
Anyone want a lightly used, loaded, incognito Raptor in a few months?
All modules accounted for this morning.
Even though I have finally had movement, I’m still more excited about the Raptor than the powerboost, because I have no faith that Ford can actually get this thing from Detroit to NC in any reasonable amount of time.

You boys know nothing of purgatory in here. I’m from the 5/30 build week and am STILL waiting on my truck to arrive at Granger. Mine was built June 8th, “shipped” July 22nd from Dearborn, and arrived in KC by rail July 26th. According to the dealer mine continues to sit at ramp 6P in KC just waiting for a truck to take it the last 2 hours north. So don’t get your hopes up quite yet, but I really hope y’all get them sooner rather than later.

Man that sucks, I feel like I would be really getting on Granger about that. From just being on these threads, it seems like they have had a number of other trucks delivered within the 2+ months you have been waiting.

agreed. My dealership also has a lot of vehicles waiting for a truck ride but as soon as mine hit the yard they called and prioritized it for the next trip. Should be getting it this week.

At this point in the process your dealer has a lot more power that he may let on. Squeaky wheel gets the truck!

My truck has moved from the factory lot to the rail yard.

I'm only saying this to give everyone some hope that once the trucks on hold, start moving, they seem to be getting back to normal, shipping wise.

Writing this probably means that mine will get shipped to Canada and Mexico now, but I'm going to think positively.

Certainly not trying to downplay the fact that you have had to wait as well but where we do differ is my truck has been done with no missing parts or chip holds since June and there is absolutely NO reason “transit” should take 83 days

Incase you are not monitoring the Chip Hold thread. My case manager, Corri, sent me a note that chip hold is scheduled for removal on 11/5.

That is 11 months from order date.
