Called and spoke with John - picking up Saturday at 3.

He said I am good for 0% for 60 months (which I am fine with) but I believe I qualify for the 72 months. Said we will go over warranty options in person.

Depression is watching the Mach e tracker count up for delivery. I know it’s just counting from eta end date, but it’s not great seeing it climb to 7. Dealer told me I should have it by tomorrow but who knows.

After a few texts and calls, I was able to get in touch with Matt. He sent me a link to their credit app. Apparently Tom and Steven are out of office.

So ridiculous. Mine is still saying 12/2 on Mach-E viewer, but forum tracker isn't working. If your's got pushed, I'm anticipating mine will too.

Here is a link listing of all of the railroad automotive facilities nationwide with addresses and phone numbers for the contractors responsible for unloading the new vehicles from the rail cars and arranging transport to the dealerships.

I found this online yesterday and was about to call with my VIN when I got a call from my dealership that it had just been delivered without notice.

Might be worth a call to find out why there’s a delay and when your truck is scheduled to leave the rail yard. Hopefully you’re able to talk to someone who can look up your VIN and give your better info than the dealership is giving you.

Thanks...the number for the railyard where Kilo5 and my trucks are doesn't work. I'm convinced our trucks are in some sort of black hole.
