A month in, and truck is awesome. I had an issue where the Sync 4 wasn't responding for a few, but it reset when I turned truck off.
I did end up buying an ESP online just because of all the electronics. Still getitng used to the foo foo stuff.
Noticed my first issue with the truck last night. My tailgate release button on the gate doesn't work. I have XLT 302a so no power gate, so nothing to check in settings. I had my key fob in my hand and hitting the button on the handle of tailgate doesn't work.

The one thing I didn't check on the truck prior to taking delivery isn't working. I tried the power release from inside the truck and the fob and worked fine. I tried hitting the button and...nothing.
Shouldn't the button work from the handle?
yeah, I've seen that they rate ability to tow based on tow vehicle weight and towed vehicle weight. Most people seem to get around this by listing the towed vehicle as something light like a 74 Beetle
