Wireless CarPlay no longer functioning

XLT model and using an iPhone 11. Never had an issue with wireless CarPlay in the past. Recently, when starting the truck my phone is no longer recognized for car play. It will show CarPlay when I connect the charging cable and stay connected wirelessly once I remove the cable. Anyone have those issues and know how to fix it? Thanks!

have you tried deleting your phone and removing it from the BT settings on your phone and re-adding it?

Yup! Just got done doing that. Same issue is still occurring.

Try doing the same on your SYNC display?

Also power off the phone, then back on.

do you use an iPhone cable to power your phone? this is an issue it has right now, where when it starts up and the cable is plugged into the iPhone, it doesnt work correctly. My work around that is successful so far is to disconnect and reconnect with cable disconnected.

I’ve had to reset or connect my Ifon 11 a few times to my pick up also. Seems like truck sends factory “Sync 4” Bluetooth signal not my renamed truck setting maybe part of the problem. I’ve had to reconnect thru the truck Sync 4 general settings also.

it’s been fine for a a couple months now.
