Wierd. After not activating for 3 weeks, and after the software update and second unsuccessful visit to the dealer, suddenly this morning FordPass asked if I wanted to activate. Well he'll yes I did and it did and wow, now everything works. Not sure if my email to customer support had any bearing on it because I never heard back from them. All the creatures are happy now in Powerboost land.
