On the '22's, are the front arm rests level with the console? On my old '13 they weren't. The arm rests were a couple of inches lower than the center console. I bought an arm rest pad to raise the driver's arm rest level up. I sure hope Ford fixed this oversight.

There is no Arm rest in the front with the captains chairs. You rest your arm on the center console Unless I'm missing your question?

I believe he is referring to the difference in height between the arm rest on the door and the center console.

Correct. I felt the door arm rest was low so I bought the SnapRest ArmRest Cover. It raised my left arm to a more comfortable height and more level with my right arm on the console.

I have a '22 on order. I was just wondering about it. I'll find out for myself soon enough. It would be nice if Ford fixed this interior faux pas.

I didn't get out a level, but they feel very close to even if not exact.

Thanks thebigdu. That looks pretty level to me.

I got out my long level and a tape measure. The center console pad sits exactly 1" lower than the door pad in my Platinum. Not enough to notice, in my opinion.

05RubiconLJ , I'm getting a Platinum. They're all probably the same. 1" is good enough for me. Thanks.

Okay, so now about if you have a jump seat instead of console?

The seating position in the 21 and ups are so much more comfortable than the 09-14 trucks
