Looks good. Did you also install dead head plugs for the air dam? I found them online and it was less than $15 for them. Also anyone with a 5.0 will not have to remove the grille and upper bumper cover

Rams barn door style tailgate is far superior to this offering from Ford. Ram’s allows for a pallet to be set in the box without dragging it over the tailgate. The only real purpose I see for Fords version is removing grocery bags

Just needs to be scuffed up and can be sealed, painted, and clear coated. Don’t let a bodyshop charge you over $200 to do it. I’m a painter at one lol

Installed the skid plate kit today, took about 3 hours. Well worth the price and work to make the swap!

A day after I comment on the wait time for the skid plate… it shows up. As others have mentioned, expect the metal skid to have scuffs/scratches on it. One replaceable tab was broken off a bracket also, but working in a body shop, both are easy fixes for me.

They really dropped the ball with the release of this!
