Yes, I have little faith is sales, which is why I appreciate you being able to tell me the order is actually in the system.

This is my 2nd order. Original was 12/13/2020, built on 3/19 sent for spray-in, tonneau cover and then parked in a lot for chips, still at this moment has 10/31/ deliver estimate.

So concerned about it sitting for 7 months and really wanting the new options, I placed new order.

Then when I kept inquiring on whether it was placed and a VIN yet, he told me there is no way for him to EVER get the VIN and in fact I told him the VIN from the first order.

I went back and searched my email archive and resent him HIS email where he told me the VIN. His response was: "huh.... I guess I'll have to go figure out how I got that back then...."!

Forgot to add, I asked him about COVP and did he need a copy of my license, etc. Said "No, not aware of any COVP program for F150 only for Bronco"..... So I was really concerned... again thanks!
