Order code?

Hi all. Ordered a MY 22 KR PB Smoked Quartz on November 20, 2021. Nothing yet. My dealer told me today that they changed my priority code to 02 to help expedite. what does this mean?

Your priority code is what determines the order in which Ford will pick up and assign a build date for your order. Dealers can only assign a 10-19 priority on customer orders, so either a Ford rep changed it for you or they mean a 10.

Thanks! I checked the paperwork… it was originally a 10, so they must have changed it. Or else the salesperson is feeding me a line of crap. Who knows!

There is typically a reason that you get moved to anything below a 10. LIke a screw up of some sort. Have you had any issues with your order that would have initiated this move?

Not that I’ve been told… other than I ordered this truck in November ‘21, and I’m pressing them just a little at this point.

Priority codes seem to be out the windows these days anyways.
