Rando question - if the ordertrack shows “convoy” after you get your shipped email from Ford… what exactly does that mean?

From what I can tell, it's meaningless. My window sticker has convoy written on it, nut my truck left Dearborn on a Norfolk and Southern train. It rode the rails until it arrived at a N+S off ramp in Petersburg, VA.

My 2022 Tremor after nine months finally arrived at the Dealership. I picked up 3 hours after sitting in the finance office. They of course tried to sell me a $4000 extended warranty. The truck had 65 miles on it! I guess I figured I would be the first one to put the first 100 miles on the Tremor since I paid so much for it.

I ordered theTremor with the high level 402A package which I told would come with bed lighting it did not.

This might go down as the worst new vehicle buying experience I have ever had.

The sales manger at Cowin Ford in Reno NV would sell his children for $10,000 over msrp.

The positives are I now have the truck. Love the Antimatter Blue and the leather interior. It ride fantastic and is super quiet. Still getting to know the truck.

Hi Everyone.

Quick question. What does "Time in Status (Estimated)" mean when it comes to the "https://ordertrack.app/" tracker? Is this the average wait time for trucks to wait to ship out? Or is the the estimated time my truck has been waiting to ship?

I tried looking for an answer but I couldn't find anything.

Thank you.

You won't have a window sticker until a week before the blend date. For example, my blend was 9/2 and the Windows sticker was available 8/25.

Had a similar question, however I'm also wondering how it differentiates from the "actual time in status"

From what I’ve deduced (as in just pulling it out of my …) actual time on ordertrack is referring to your specific vin from time entered or time in that particular status. Estimated is based on similarly built vehicles. I’ve got a tremor on order and still in production and it shows 137 similar vehicles, but from seeing on here, a power boost may have a longer estimated time with a higher number of similar vehicles.

Hmm, maybe. My blend date hasn't changed on my window sticker since 5 August, but the "actual time in status" for being in production says 4 days and x hours, vs the estimated matching the number of days since 5 August. Who knows haha. I've been out of the loop for a long while now, so I'm still catching back up on a lot of this stuff!

Ahhh, the timer starts when the vin is first entered into ordertrack. So if you started using that site about 4 days ago, and the vin hadn’t been previously entered, that’s why the discrepancy. See my image below (edited to add second image)

Thursday got a call from the dealer that my F150 Lariat SuperCab was buildup. But it is at Ford Michigan Dearborn plant lot waiting for parts . Supposedly it should be completed by October 02 and then shipped out to my dealer here in Puerto Rico. So I may get my F150 before the year ends 🙏

Ordered 4/15/22 and got blended around 8/15/22 and after a few chats thought all was good. Then nothing happening so phoned Ford and found out I’m on chip hold. Good news is they said I’ll see my truck by October 22. We’ll see. Gonna be messing with my fall travel plans. 😤

Updated with new tracker tool:

You can use this tracking tool to track your F-150 order!

No VIN yet. Just got this email from Ford.

We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Today, we wanted to give you an update on the status of your F-150 LARIAT order.

Unfortunately, continued supply chain issues are slowing things down. We’re working diligently to try and reduce these delays.

Now here’s our promise to you. We know that waiting for delivery of your Ford is far less fun than actually driving it. So, we commit to updating you as soon as we can, at least once every 45 days regarding your vehicle’s production schedule status. No matter what.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
