3 years, 41,000 miles is all she lasted…guess it’s time for skid plates.
one would think after 75 years Ford would have a better solution here…I mean how many of these just end up in the landfill…what about being green…do they really not care!

I have had two trucks with the fiber diaper and both were removed first oil change and tossed in the trash. Every day I see them flapping under F150s going down the road and laugh

Mine is doing the same. Made it 55k miles so I’m fairly impressed it lasted that long based on others experiences.

I do want a “skid plate” or some kind of underbody protection for the trans pan since it’s plastic. Most of the stuff I have seen is built for off-roading and heavy, anyone know of lightweight options?

The new one's from 2023 and on don't have them. We also don't have locks for the spare tire ...
