Still no order confirmation

I ordered a ‘23 502a BAP 5.0 back in middle of August. I have not received a confirmation email from Ford but keep seeing more recent orders have gotten confirmation. What am I missing?? Currently waiting for a call back from the dealer.

Yes...dealer should have received confirmation of order. It happens immediately and if they had entered your info correctly you should have received that email from Ford.

My confirmation email was in my spam folder, so keep an eye in there also.

On my 22 order I got it the same day I ordered.

Possibilities include ....

• It's in your spam folder
• Your dealer didn't enter an email address with the order
• Your dealer entered an incorrect email address with your order (typos are fatal)
• Your dealer hasn't submitted your order because they don't have an open allocation or are using an internal customer-prioritizing scheme for the allocations they do have (your dealer is screwing with you)

If your dealer is reputable and competent you should receive your Order Confirmation email direct from Ford within one business-day of placing the order with the dealer. Mine was received within 1 hour of placing the order with the dealer (order placed with dealer at 3:00PM on 12/22/2021 for a 2022MY F150).

Ok so the dealer gave me an order code but said no VIN yet. He said he didn’t know I could track it. How do I track my order status?

You will need to be assigned the VIN before you can track it. It took three months to get my VIN. I think you 23 MY guys are getting them much sooner.

I had a dealer apparently use their own email for the order so I have not received any updates on one of them
