Are the wires just behind where the lights would go? Or if it didn’t come with it. They wouldn’t have the wires behind the location in the truck bed the factory installed ones have.
Thanks

ill prob just throw some led battery light strips but I’m curious.

I've been trying to figure it out as well, there is an empty plug on the frame behind the bumper, kinda under the driver's side tail light. From what I've heard the is the plug for the lights, so I think I just need to find the harness, switch and lights. I have not dug into it much yet. I know there are aftermarket kits, but I'd like to go the factory route if possible.

It’ll be awesome once/if a MY22 version is released. Still eagerly waiting. Would prefer an actual Ford OEM cargo bed kit vs Starkey OEM-style, but it’s better than nothing.

Frustrating Reminder: Ford is STILL (as of 13 Apr 2022) falsely advertising LED Box Lighting as a standard exterior feature for Lariat+ trims on their website.
