Keith - Not sure when it will be available, but I did read that the Manual will be available on the 12-in Infotainment systems -

"Inside, Ford has joined the rest of the truck market by introducing a huge 12 inch screen. Included with that screen is a digital owners manual with how-to videos, because we’re visual learners now. Thanks YouTube!"

I'm with you on that.
I like to read the entire OM before I take possession of the vehicle so I'm comfortable and confident mile 1, day 1.
If reading it also helps time to seem to go quicker, I'm all for it.
