For reference i have 2.5 Bilstein 6112 at highest setting with 35x12.5x17 on Raptor rims.
No issues at all what so ever , Zero cutting , no rub even at full turn.
However i did replace my Control arms with Icon ( squeak city) With this set up i have about a pinky in between .

I've got the Icon 2.5 level with icon UCAs and have noticed a squeak too, is that normal?

Its the Poly bushings. You have to grease them about once a month IMO.
Bad ass Control Arm but yeah the noise drove me crazy
