I know many threads and call me lazy. I'm looking for a more aggresive tire, no road noise and close to same weight as my OE Hankook AT tires. Suggestions and experience? Thanks

Check out the newer Nitto Recon Grappler. You can get 275/65 for a slightly larger sidewall- in the SL just 4-5 pounds more than stock- so won’t effect MPG much- and is still pretty aggressive:I know many threads and call me lazy. Not saying you are- but I’m guessing you can’t run 295/65 20’s without at least a front level- is that correct?I just put some Recon Grapplers 295/65r20 on my truck. I only have about 2k miles on them so far but they are great. They are much quieter than Ridge/Terra Grapplers I have run in the past. They also seem to do well in the snow. They are also quieter than my Hancooks on my expedition.
Only time will tell how well they wear.
I think you would have to have a level. I have a 2" level. No rubbing. The only thing I had to do was zip tie the little rubber flap hanging down on the passenger side wheel well closer to the engine. It was slightly rubbing in reverse at full lock until then. Looked like it was sticking out towards the tire from the factory more than it should have. Not saying you are- but I’m guessing you can’t run 295/65 20’s without at least a front level- is that correct?
Don't worry when we build our nuclear bomb impenetrable dome we're going to include a good portion of Canada too!Falken Wildpeaks. It's what I wanted on my truck but there were none available because you Americans keep buying them all and us peasants in canada get your leftovers. So i ended up with KO2s
Don't include Toronto or Quebec if you can help it.Don't worry when we build our nuclear bomb impenetrable dome we're going to include a good portion of Canada too!
So that means the recons are less aggressive the the Ridge right ? Still nice capable tire but the Ridge little more aggressive in sound ? HA! I'll talk to the man and see what he says. It may be a hard sell since he wants to make Canada pay for it.Don't include Toronto or Quebec if you can help it.
