I installed Nitto Recon Grappler 275/65r20 116T because they are the lightest, quietest and most aggressive tire in 34” without going up to D or E rated tires and messing up the comfort of the ride. No lift or level.Man, no one willing to post some pictures? I’m curious as well. I’ve got a black 23 Platinum and trying to determine on what to do.
What are your thoughts on the Recon's in various driving conditions?I installed Nitto Recon Grappler 275/65r20 116T because they are the lightest, quietest and most aggressive tire in 34” without going up to D or E rated tires and messing up the comfort of the ride. Not lift or level.
I have had no issues. I had 33“ Ridge Grapplers on my previous 2017 and loved them too. Unfortunately, 33” is the largest they come in without going up to D or E rated. They may have had a tad bit more noise but really too hard to tell. They definitely look a little more aggressive. Was able to get 60k out of the Ridge. Recons only have 18.5k in the pictures. Im in Texas so rarely snow. Recons appear to be better in rain. I’ll post a before pic of the 2022 and pics of the leveled 2017. The fuel mileage didn’t really change on either because they weren’t that much heavier. Recons on 2022 were installed the day truck was delivered. Lifetime mpg is over 22mpg. I can easily get 25+ on my 32 round trip commute to my office. What are your thoughts on the Recon's in various driving conditions?
