If you get a coil over You need a heavier spring. I didn't put a lift on my truck yet .You can go to https://www.stage3motorsports.com/

so Ford Performance Bilsteins works on our PB even though it's not recommended by shops? the front nose of the PB being heavier won't stress out the new front suspension over time? i like the the way your truck looks. i don't mind not getting the full height setting as long as PB's extra weight won't cause damage to the suspension.I put the Ford performance kit on my 157” PB and got about 2” on the 2.5” setting. Rides great.
not a chance, the springs that come with the ford performance kit are definitely beefier than the ones I took out.so Ford Performance Bilsteins works on our PB even though it's not recommended by shops? the front nose of the PB being heavier won't stress out the new front suspension over time? i like the the way your truck looks. i don't mind not getting the full height setting as long as PB's extra weight won't cause damage to the suspension.
