front leveling kit on PB

have some questions on this topic. what's the benefits of a leveling kit other than improve stance? does leveling kit worsen MPG on your Powerboost? what are some popular choices for leveling kit for our PB F150? thanks in advance.

One thing I know the powerboost is a lot heavier . If you get a coil over You need a heavier spring. I didn't put a lift on my truck yet .You can go to https://www.stage3motorsports.com/

thanks. Maybe that’s why the Ford Performance Bilstein leveling kit won’t recommended for PB most likely due to the added weight.

yes you would not get the height They advertise

Whatever you go with expect it to be 1/2" or so shy of advertising if it's not specific to the PB. My XLT weighs 5800lbs. That's a good 16% bump over the 3.5

I put the Ford performance kit on my 157” PB and got about 2” on the 2.5” setting. Rides great.

so Ford Performance Bilsteins works on our PB even though it's not recommended by shops? the front nose of the PB being heavier won't stress out the new front suspension over time? i like the the way your truck looks. i don't mind not getting the full height setting as long as PB's extra weight won't cause damage to the suspension.

I originally had 2” Rough Country Level Spacers installed on my PB, and liked the stance, didn’t effect the MPG at all. I DID however end up with a vibration issue in my accelerator pedal. I wasn’t sure if it was associated to the level or if it was that same issue a lot of owners are experiencing.

After getting 33 tires on the truck I needed to move to a 3” lift for rubbing and clearance issues, and the vibration issue was completely gone, so clearly it was associated with that leveling spacer.

I have a 21 PB that I put the Bilstein 6112’s on the front and the 5100’s on the rear. I. Set the fronts on 2’’ and that left a 1’’ diff, front to back. I’m good with that.
I also have a 22 PB that I am going to put the Bilstein Ford kit on and that one will get the 2.5 setting. I’ll post the results when I get it on sometime in July.
I had the Bilstein 5100’s on a 16 eco boost and at 2’’ setting it leveled that one.
The PB is definitely heavier!

not a chance, the springs that come with the ford performance kit are definitely beefier than the ones I took out.
