Ford shutting down KC factory F-150 production for one week due to gas shortage

I've asked my dealer for a status update... My truck was supposedly built this weekend, so I don't know if this shutdown means everything shuts down - shipping, etc. Tracker still says "In Production".

The article says the shutdown started Saturday. Not sure if that means they just stopped & the trucks left in a partial built state or if they didn't start any more but completed ones that had been started.

This is a real bummer. Had a build date of 2/18. Message to the dealer sent .....

That they are! I bet though once the constraints are over and done with they will be working full 3 shifts to make up lost time!

Can anyone offer any info as to if they’ve been pushed back from their late February and early March dates so far because of this?

Any other sources list how long they plan to be shut down for?

I still have a delivery date of 2/21 (Sunday?). Nothing has changed on my window sticker or either tracker for 2 weeks. My Lariat was sent to separate facility for spray-in liner on 2/5.

I will be contacting the dealer tomorrow for any additional information.

Due to the weather, I am expecting it late, but would be suprised (maybe not?) if the dealer would get it in March.
