  1. Status of “Awaiting Shipment - Plant Hold”

    My ordered Explorer ST is built and awaiting shipment by truck. It was originally to be delivered late last month (I knew that it would not in any way be then). It changed to 7 weeks later (2nd week of May). It just isn't about recalls, at least I do not believe in my case.

    As many people gripe about green not being widely available in other Ford lines (I'm speaking Bronco '21 and Ranger pre-limited edition 'Splash' to name two), I am always surprised that Guard is not more loved.

    Guard Green! I'll be the oddball in here. And two-tone to boot! I do like the Carbonized Grey, though. Thinking about it for a Ranger.

    USAA. Not too happy with their rates or service for a few years now. Been with them for a LONG time (27 years+). The company used to be ALOT better.

    Oh, be excited! Be VERY, VERY excited! btw: The Guard color is REALLY nice! Not as green as the computer pictures (hint of grayness). It looks even better with the two-tone. Picked mine up yesterday.
