Doorway rubber molding on new truck…

I finally picked up my PB Plat. So far it’s been an awesome ride.

Noticed the seam for the rubber molding is a bit rough on both front door openings. Anything to be concerned about or is this the expected appearance?

Notice the flare -- it should be tucked inside of it. Ford's 2023s seems to be having a bit of a final assembly issue

I guess it’s expected…my passenger side has that. Driver side is fine.

Yeah, it's not like it's a high ticket item or something....

I guess at the end of the day I didn’t buy the truck because of Ford‘s reputation for attention to detail

I pulled off the plastic trim and cut mine down a little. I think during installation the seal is being pulled slightly causing it to stretch. Ford QC should be catching that.
