My vehicle was built on December 9th and still hasn't been shipped. What a long strange trip it has been and yet I continue to wait. Is the tracker reliable or is there a chance it will just show up under "built" status? Not sure if they are holding for wiper replacement? Just odd when I've seen other vehicles shipped out in a week. Just venting and seeing if others are experiencing the same thing.

Same here with the December 9th built date, nothing since!!! I did get a notification to order a lightning that I originally reserved in May 2021!!! April 2022 Lariat PB by the way!

I got a shocking call from dealer yesterday. Windshield wiper motor part came in and truck was ready. Now sitting in my driveway. They had the part delivered and installed in four days which does not seem possible considering the rest of this process. Journey was 305 days from order to my driveway.

The technology in these trucks is amazing. I have a lot to learn.

Ahh. Did you forget something? We are going to need some pics! Congratulations! So glad it was not a long wait on recall!

One thing that surprised me was it has an old school antenna. Haven’t done any searching yet on how to get rid of it.
One thing with the old school antenna is that it will touch a ceiling to let you know if the truck will fit in some lower roofed area. Couple that with better reception than most stubbies and you may like that old style antenna after all.

I literally was going to say the same thing. Was listening to a engineer from Ford awhile back and it was mentioned that the antenna is still the old style for the very reason you just stated

They are in a box along with the 8 ball I drilled out so I could screw it onto my 4 on the floor. :)

I am not a fan of the replacement cheap Amazon semi stubby floppy antennas. I buy the BuiltRight replacement antenna and it’s the first modification I make. Great product and an even better company. USA made.

Level kit and tonneau coming this week. Stickers might get peeled off today.

peel them... you can buy replacements online if you ever change your mind.
to me the stickers on trucks, all brands, is like buying a toaster with big ass stickers that say TOASTS BREAD

all the manufacturers have gotten into sticker wars it seems. and yes Ford is not bad compared to most other brands
