Documenting my Truck, Modifications and Data Points. I have tried to take many photos and measurements along the way.

Truck specs from Ford. Special order 2022 Lariat Crew Cab 4x4 (Non Fx4). 3.5 Ecoboost. Carbonized Gray with slate leather interior. 500A trim. Max Tow (Extended Tow Mirrors and Extended 36 G tank). 145 Wheel Base. Bed Utility and Zone lighting.
Ordered Mid April 2022, Delivered Mid July 2022.

About me and what I use my Truck for. It will do everything from taking the kids to school, trips to Lowes, Towing 7000-8000# Enclosed car hauler and working on our 30 acres.

Baseline measurements with Half tank of gas, Tires at 35 PSI.
Front Fender 37 1/4"
Rear Fender 40 3/4" (3.5" of rake)
Front recovery hooks 14.5"
Bottom of Hitch Shank 18 1/4"

Tires 275/65/18 Goodyear AT 32.1" . 37 LBS. 50 PSI max

MPG 18.5-19.5 (Flat, around town and highway driving 45-65 mph in North Alabama.. Its hot, real hot 95+ this time of year)

First Modifications. Tires, Level, Tint and Bed liner. I just can't stand raked stance on SUVs and Trucks. Ford has some of the worst factory rakes out there. Just my personal opinion and likes.

Level , I went with a simple 2" level. Knowing it would leave some rake. See after measurements below
Wheels & Tires, I really wanted 20" wheels and my preference is to oversize a tire on OEM wheel. The Y spoke sport wheel I see on the road a lot, my goal was to differ from the popular choice, and I did not necessarily want the sport package. The 20" Chrome wheel I compared to aftermarket options. I just couldn't settle on anything so I opted for the 18" alloy wheel that comes with the base 500a trim. So far I love it.
I went with the Nitto Recon Grappler 295/70/18 load Range E. Its specs are 34.3" (2" increase), 63.6 LBS (26.6 LBS Increase!) and 80 PSI max. No Trimming and No rubbing. UPDATE May 2023 - Slight Rub in reverse at full lock.
Tint. Matched 2 front windows (~ 20%)
BedLiner - Local LineX installer. It looks great, especially around the bed utility clips and the worksurface tailgate.

After Measurements with half tank of gas. Tires at 35 PSI
Front Fender 40 1/8"
Rear Render 41 3/4" (Just over 1.5" of rake remaining)
Front recovery Hooks 17 7/8"
Bottom of hitch shank 18 5/8" (Decreased with the level, considering the tires are 2" taller)

MPG is now 17.5-18.5 in similar driving conditions (1 MPG decrease). This had to be hand calculated based on GPS, because now the Speedo, MPG and Trip miles are 5.6% understated. Forscan tool has arrived, I just need to find my PC to correct tire circumference.

I took my wife, who is 30 weeks pregnant on a 3.5 hour trip. She had zero complaints and all in, the truck drives very nicely with the modifications. even at 75-80 on the interstate.

Second Modification. I have all my cars including my Wifes hardwired for our escort radar detectors with the escort smart cord. We both like the have the mute button in simple arms reach to silent the false alarms. Unfortunately the smart cord is not long enough to reach from the interior fuse locations, bottom right passenger foot well to the left area of the center console. Scrapped that and installed the Mirror tap from blendmount. Green is ground. Black is 12V switched power.

May 2023
Infotainment is now making the notorious loud static noise and showing black screen on occasion. Occurs when putting the truck into Reverse or Park. Also occurs toggling camera view. First 5,000 miles on truck, zero issues. Based on my forum search, no fix yet @Ford Motor Company. Certainly could be a coincidence but the issue started immediately after I washed out my bed and tailgate from a sand haul. Truck now around 6K miles ODO.

Future Modifications:
Forscan (Tire circumference edit, double Honk delete, anything else good?) DONE
Mirror Tap for Escort 8500 once it arrives. DONE
Towing Aids , Decisions pending. I have had AirLift airbags in the past and really like this option.

Great write up! Glad to finally see some more tire info/photos with the base lariat wheels.
Quick question: what mode are you driving in?

I had my new 500A sprayed at Line-X just a week or so ago. UNFORTUNATELY, it seems that what they mask and spray differs from shop to shop. I think the local shop called it 'style'.

1. They sprayed the bed bolts - I wish they had left them naked like yours.
2. They did not spray that right side hinge, leaving it naked as well. I took the tailgate off and left it with them to spray that part, which they agreed to do, but it was a problematic follow-up.
3. They sprayed over those two T40 bolts on the bottom of the tailgate as they did on yours. This was the problem.

I wanted to remove the tailgate to leave it with the shop instead of leaving the whole truck there. Half the weight of the tailgate is that buried step so I took it out. Unfortunately, those two T40 bolts hold the step frame in so I had to carefully cut the Line-x spray from those bolts and the captive washers before taking them out. When putting them back it, in order to make sure that I didn't just introduce a potential corrosion opportunity, I made the cuts just a tiny bit larger than the captive washer and used a 1/16th inch rubber washer when putting those bolts back it. Easy buy at Lowe's (Hillman 1"). I think it provides a pretty tight seal without requiring silicon or some other sealer.

I just wish they had removed them to spray the tailgate. Would have been a lot better I think.
