You can find take-off lariat takeoff leather cheap on the fleabay https://www.ebay.com/itm/224822069545?hash=item3458708929
Installing them is pretty straight forward. Some come with the B&O speaker headrest cover which fits 99%. I cut 2 small strips of poly blanket fill to insert in the rear of them to keep it 'inflated' so to speak. Here's my images....
Disconnect, remove stretchy bands
These need loose, will pull through the back's section
Unzip backs all the way up, there's 2 clips on the side and a clip bar that's attached where my thumb is pointing. Once off, you're going to remove the headrest holders reaching up in here....
They're push tab to release shown here, push this in and they slide out
Pull and carefully pull/push these 2 wires through the slots in the covers....
On the inside outer edge of seats, there's 2 10mm nuts retaining the airbag, remove them and set them aside
Unhook the airbag -- these white things are spring loaded, push them all the way down and the connector slides off.
Rotate the airbag so that the bolts point into the sewing joint, then slide them out
Set them aside. Don't screw with them, they contain explosives. Treat them with respect.
When removing the cover from the front, there is a mix of really strong velcro and these red clips that hold these triangular blue pieces. These are molded into the foam so be careful. With your thumb, you can hold 1 side of the red thing while twisting the blue plastic out of it. Twist it ~90 degrees and it will come out.
For the bottom side, remove the controls cover area, 1 screw front, 1 screw rear (star bit). You pop off the rear upper area first by pushing it up and pulling it off, then slide the piece forward and disconnect the connector. Both seats are the same, just mirrored. I didn't fully document it as it's not difficult. When in doubt, reference the other seat.
