2022 Lariat 501a Bench - what is this?

Just started receiving in our 2022 fleet trucks and they’ve got this below the HVAC stack. Popped it out and it’s wired to the harness. Can’t find any info on it.

500/501a has bench seat standard, bucket/console optional. 502a is bucket/console standard.

You are right, 502A was the one that adds them. I also don’t have the addon in my 2021, I would have noticed.

Yea i got my 21 and I’ve got an additional 12v in same spot. These are fleet trucks all supposedly spec’d identically. Few noticeable differences between them mostly content deletes from 21-22. This is the most noticeable. I saw response of usb holder. But it’s plugged in/powered from harness….

My 2021 Lariat has a bench seat in that position I have a 12v power port "cigar lighter" style. Looks like there's a shortage at the factory so they resorted to some 3M Christmas stick up hooks.
