I stand corrected! In generator mode you absolutely can pull more than 400 watts from both cabin outlets. Heat gun test.
Powerboost awesomeness confirmed!

Also, consider that sometimes if you try to operate appliances with high start-up amperage, it may trip the digital circuit breakers. There are 'soft start' devices you can buy that 'soften' the initial current surge on the 110V plugs. Vacuums, A/C units, table saws, etc. They all trip my breakers.
I went the cheap route and just got a 220V NEMA L14-30 plug adapter to NEMA 5-15/20R sockets.with split 110v ends. This allows me to use the 30A circuit for those 'high current' devices. And saves $$$'s & Works great. Only thing is if you need the 220V for anything, you obviously have to unplug the 110V items. So if you need the full compliment of plugs, you will have to get a dedicated 110V soft start (or 220V if you are using something requiring that amount of current!).
