I am still built and waiting to ship to granger. I don’t get it.

I’m right there with you man. I’m glad I’m not the only one…I don’t get it…starting to get super frustrated. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s sucks.

Day 72 of my truck rotting away in the KC rail yard…. But really, how many trucks have come and gone with it just sitting there?!?! I understand production delays, I understand chip holds, I even understand shipping delays. They all suck, but this is just brutal…. The truck has been built and passed all QC in Dearborn, shipped via rail, unloaded, and now just sits mere miles away from delivery!! Did they lose the keys? Was it damaged? Is there a silent recall? And will I ever be told the truth when it finally does arrive? Everyday I waste countless minutes refreshing the tracker page! Ugh….

Ok, I feel better now, thanks for reading my rant.

Yup, tracked the rail car all the way to KC where it now sits.

My 5.0 order was shipped. I received an email this morning about 3 days after it showed "shipped" on order tracker.

The Powerboost is no doubt a great truck for most people. I just don't like the transition from electric to hybrid mode, especially the delay if needing to turn left or right quickly.

I'm going to order a new Super Duty HO this week to increase my testicular fortitude

81 days since shipped. Beyond frustrated. Sits in railyard like others. 70 minutes from dealer. Dealer won't do nothing. Ford don't care, honestly.
Called railyard and they stated if Ford calls us and gives us container we will investigate the hold up. Filed a logistics request with Ford vehicle support team. Nothing.
Why can't a retail order customer be told the reason for the holdup through a simple inquiry? Blows my mind that after 11 weeks I still don't know why it sits.
Current ETA will put me at 15-16 weeks in railyard. At this point I am just curious why this sat so long.

I feel your pain. All of you guys. Mine has been built since 10/31. Still not shipped. I went to our local Ford dealer where where I live and they have several 23’s on the lot. I saw one that was not a special order and it was built 12/12 and it’s been delivered. And yet not mine. Tell me how that makes sense.

I know. I feel they release them to dealerships based on size and volume and if stock or retail. My dealership has had several delivered from same plant, built after and went thru same railyard.... only difference is it is a stock order.

I have to imagine the dealers aren’t completely innocent in this. I think they would rather have their dealer orders over special orders, especially if you worked out some sort of discount with the dealer, because they are likely to make more money off of their orders

Departed via Flat Car in “brew”? Indiana. I don’t see a brew online so not sure what city the robot is saying.

Calling the northfolk southern phone #. Got rail car info from Ford Chat.

the train is making quick progress. Already in Decatur IL as of 8pm.

Even though I ended up buying a different truck almost 4 weeks ago, thought I would still give you guys info on the truck I did order.

Dec 31 - I finally got an email stating the truck had shipped.

Jan 13 -dealer texted me with pics of truck on lot.

after sitting built for 2 months with no movement very weird that the shipping phase went so quick.
