It amazes me how many people on here are going through Granger.

I did get some new information from Ford customer service. In my last call, the rep said my truck is “Produced” but due to a faulty chip during the QA process, I’m waiting on it to be replaced. I’ve had all modules and the activate button for a few weeks now but have never received and changes in my tracker other than staying in production.

Im starting to just give up tracking it and whatever will be will be. Also I hope waiting for a chip due to bad QA doesn’t mean I’m just tossed to the corner like a redheaded stepchild ??‍

Here's an updated spreadsheet. Seems some folks are getting mixed messages from Ford - imagine that! @bgator - I show your truck being delivered to Granger Ford on Feb 22, but you're only picking it up next Tue the 15th. Is that delivery date correct? @Sergman84 - First I've heard of being on hold due to a bad chip needing to be replaced. Good thing QA found it. Wonder if some of the rest of us on chip hold are in the same situation because of a supply of bad chips??

Wonder if some of the rest of us on chip hold are in the same situation because of a supply of bad chips??

This makes me wonder as well if some of the many after purchase problems I read about could be attributed to that???

Nice! Was yours built in Dearborn or KC?

Dearborn then shipped via rail to KC and the convoy to Granger.

I’m right there with you on the tracking. It’s going to be what it’s going to be….I’m just stressing about whether I will have it in time for *any* of camping season this year.

Hi Alex, Seems to be kind of hit or miss. We had a Platinum delivered yesterday. It seems some of the Lariats, XLTs and XLs have moved, but we certainly have a lot of chip holds in Build Weeks 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, and even some in 1/31. It appears almost all of Build Week 1/03 have been delivered. I see quite a few March builds being delayed. Some of us in 1/24 have been banished to Ramp 51 in Flat Rock near the Mustang assembly plant, about 20 miles from Dearborn. Hope that's not a final resting place!

Crazy times Ralph! My SD tremor was supposed to be build this week but the Kentucky plant is closed until further notice. Everyone is struggling across the board now.

I never understood that part as well. Just to wash and fuel it up. Should t take more than a three hours tops

All the extra stuff that dealers throw in, tinted windows, level kits.. takes a little bit of time to install.

So I was waiting for this setback based on other peoples luck. trucks built but then eta moved out 2 months. I wonder if that accurate or if it will end up being sooner then that.
