4.3.3. I should have posted earlier. After getting the prompt and locking and walking away I later got the update notice on my phone. This happened later in the afternoon.

That evening I happened to go out and discovered my truck unlocked and my tailgate down. Luckily I didn't at that moment have valuables in the truck or bed... but I had them in there earlier in the day.

Anyone else surprised by an unlocked truck or open tailgate? And if 4.3.3 is in your future then be sure to confirm all is secure after the update.

......and it tows beautifully. Just got back from 150 miles trip to the west coast of Florida. 7mpg at 70 mph. That 36 gallon fuel tank is a life saver.

Just move the turn signals back to where they used to be, that's all I want from an IPC update.

Yep, they used to be in the middle-ish area. One of the BC updates moved them to the very far corners which makes seeing them kinda difficult

Mine have always been in the very far corners, and yes, this is one of my major IPC gripes. Can't see them behind the wheel from where I naturally sit. I do wish they were a bit further toward the center of the screen somehow...

Oh good! Maybe it will finally fix how the power tailgate setting is "forgotten" or ignored entirely sometimes.

When I hook up my trailer, one of the things in my mental checklist is to turn off power tailgate and set it to manual so I can rest it against my tongue jack, otherwise it hits my tongue jack and closes again. But I've verified that even when I have it set to manual it STILL wants to do power and closes, which is really stupid.

Did you move to a larger boat? I'm hoping it will serve as an adventure cruising/fishing boat on the intracoastal and close off shore. Spring for the 150hp because no one ever says "geez my boat has too much motor".

I did. We sold our 10 year old 21 foot four winns

We sold our 10 year old 21' cuddy four winns during covid. decided to downsize and trailer so ordered a new 2021 R180 , cost was 46,000. We loved it, but, it was small. We knew that going into it though. I thought I'd do more fishing but didn't. More leisure and cruising around. Any more than 4 people and it is cramped and uncomfortable in rough water. We boat on a very busy and strong tidal river in the northeast. So we sold the 180 last year and actually made money. Just bought a 2023 Key West dual console 23' . Would have loved the equivalent Robalo but much pricier. Absolutely get the 150 hp - thats what I had. You'll love it.
