Just purchased a 2021 F150 Powerboost, and the motor for the wiper blades burned out within 5 days of owning it. Otherwise I'm loving the truck so far. Anyone else having wiper blade issues?

Did the dealer verify that it was the motor? If that’s the case, it could have been a bad solder or winding for it to fail so quickly.

Also. Low voltage can make a motor draw more current than it should but in that case a fuse should go first.

Yeah the dealer verified it's the motor, I don't a fuse ever blew on it. They're rushing a part out to replace it, I'm gonna be very excited to drive my new truck again instead of the rental Fiesta haha.

Nice that they gave you a rental. There are many Ford dealerships out there that wouldn't.

I think it's just corporate Ford paying for the rental since it's under warranty. Had to go to Hertz to pick it up.
