2021 F150 XLT Powerboost
About 6 weeks goo, I bought 21 powerboost XLT, for $4000 below MSRP with a fair trade value. It was a "Dealer Service Loaner" with 550 miles on it, but never titled so still considered new.

Considering the times and the availability of the PB I felt it was a good deal.

$52K
FULLY loaded RCSB 4x4 5.0 (minus sliding rear window, Block heater & power tailgate) WITH Premium Care ESP (7 years, 70K miles)

$20K down, financed $32k @ 0% interest with Ford Motor Credit.

I probably could have got a better price if there were bunches of Fully Loaded RCSB 5.0s sitting around on dealer lots… but there isn't.
You gonna drop that down? There are some really great looking reg cabs that are lowered. Thats not something I would personally do, but I have to admit that they look awesome.

Question. MY price sheet showed all my options and then deduction for the custom order rebate. I'm assuming when I trade it in that there will be an additional trade in allowance? How much is that worth, and any chance I can get another grand or so in additional rebates?

What dealer? $9500 under Ford original TOTAL MSRP Line price? That is amazing.
Uptown ford in Milwaukee. That price (500 under invoice plus incentives) was great in July 21, but only became amazing with the ford 3500 PCO because of 22 conversion in October.

Granger. Still ongoing
Albert, R.I.P, really did allot for Granger with getting that dealers web presence with the Bronco Reveal, reservations and orders they wouldn't have had otherwise. Now the F150 deals they are offering is just fantastic!

Unfortunately Ford changed the rules on them so many of those Bronco reservations never got filled. Not Grangers fault though.

No.
I bought it because I need the 122” wheel base 4x4 for the tight mountain switchback roads where I live.

And I’ve never been a big fan of “slamming” a 4x4 because it always seemed like a waste of a 4x4 to me.

“If you’re going to slam a P/U Truck.. get a 2-wheel drive, save some money and weight” has always been my opinion.

But I have to admit… some of the lowered 4x4 trucks people are posting here are making me rethink 30+ years of “opinion”.

Having driven American Muscle cars most of my life, I “get” how much fun a slammed RCSB 5.0 truck must be with ALL WHEEL DRIVE!

My 1st Truck was a 1978 Chevy "full time" 4x4 with a 454 engine from a wrecked Corvette. It wasn't even capable of 2-wheel drive without dropping a driveshaft.

It was CRAZY! I could outrun Porches on winding mountain roads. They’d catch up to me in the corners (somewhat) but they could never make up for what I did to them in the straight aways.

I imagine these new 5.0s with all the traction control tech must be like that. My bone stock RCSB 5.0 reminds me a lot of that truck.

2022 F150 Powerboost On Order
22 Lariat Powerboost, pretty optioned out, placed the order this week. Post price increase which isnt great, but pretty decent deal for the area. Could have saved another ~$900 by going a few hours away, but this dealer has helped me with service/warranty work in the past, so worth the difference for me.

MSRP - 75,105
Dealer discount - 2605
Ford COVP discount - 2000
PCO - 2500
Current retail incentive - 500, 0% for 60
Total - $67,500
Total discount $7605
