Torque converter lockup permanently via FORScan?

Does anyone know if the torque converter can be locked up permanantly in forscan?

IIRC on the 10 speed the torque converter is locked up in anything but 1st gear, and above setting off is basically a multi clutch transmission.

Mine locks at 14mph in third gear at light to moderate throttle application. Powerboost 3.73s

me to
as i can watch my rpm when doing 60 with 9 and 10 locked out and i come to a big hill the rpms come up slightly , but it does not downshift to 7 from 8
i take this road 2x a week and its hilly and very curvy, a blast to drive

what was it? does out TQ converter stay locked all the time after 1 or 2nd?
or does it unlock as load demands?
