Strange Window Sticker

My truck's status has been, for the past 3-4 days "Awaiting shipment". It still is now. However, in the past day, the top of my window sticker has changed and now shows something I've never seen before, compared to all the other Fords I've purchased in the past few years, and the ones here.

Here's what a (normal) top of the window sticker usually looks like (this is the one I had a few days ago):

Here's what it looks like today instead. These boxes and labels are things I've never seen before and it seems very odd to me. Does anyone recognize these codes? Like I said, the status though, hasn't changed. Still is "Awaiting Shipment". Only the top of the sticker changed.

I don’t know what they mean, but I have seen similar codes on other window stickers, so I wouldn’t be too alarmed. I’ll try to find some others and post them here for you.

Lol! I'm not (too) alarmed, but found it odd. I was comparing with the window stickers I've had before for my Escape, Edge and Mustang. All look like the top one. Most of the ones I've seen here so far also look like that. But the new one though.. Strange!

These USA window stickers are pretty bare up top:

The Canadian bound window stickers seem to have a lot more codes and numerics at the top similar to yours:

Yes, but whether it's USA or Canada, they all start with CERT CERT CERT boxes. Like my first window sticker. Now though it's LABL ADJ... Much different boxes

Likely due to Canada‘s new COVID protocols. A negative test 3 days before entering the country, a mandatory 3 days stay at a government hotel, or at least in the parking lot, at your expense of 2000 bucks, plus another negative test after the 3 days. That’s why there are cert boxes .

Nah, my 2019 cars had those CERT boxes back into 2018. There was no COVID back then. Unrelated.

And unfortunately this still doesn't explain why my boxes are totally different than most window stickers

Likely due to Canada‘s new COVID protocols. A negative test 3 days before entering the country, a mandatory 3 days stay at a government hotel, or at least in the parking lot, at your expense of 2000 bucks, plus another negative test after the 3 days. That’s why there are cert boxes .

That’s absolutely detrimental to the supply chain if that’s the case. Ridiculous!
