I believe that Green sticker is dealer order for stock and Blue is for customer orders.

Green is a Special Order, Blue is Dealer Stock. A dealer is the only one who can order either.

if you go in and place a custom order with your dealer it will likely be a green sticker (this was the case with me).

By custom order I mean pick out every option you want, fill out the order form, give a deposit, and etc

If yours is blue, then your dealer ordered it as dealer stock and not custom order or maybe it's a Canada thing.
