Thanks. I go to a reputable 4x4 shop and actually asked about the Gen 14 alignment specs when they aligned it a year ago. They said they have them loaded into their computer but I don't think they set the caster near that high. Makes sense. Feels like shopping cart wheels when you hit a big bump at 70 mph.
If they accidentally used 2020 F150 alignment specs, they have the caster set much lower, as seen below

Tracking this thread. Any update on alignment? I've got the same problem. Steering wheel twitches left or right depending on the bump.

LT tires run different pressures than SL. LT tires can change characteristics at different pressures. 44-50psi on the front. 45-55 in the rear depending on payload / towing. They're harsher riding tires so inflate to maintain drivability and mileage (not to be confused with comfort, which LT on 1/2 tons pretty much does away with factory ride). Even powerboost owners with 6klb empty weights ditched LTs to get the comfort back. To get the looks while keeping comfort, run SL/XL tires unless your circumstances require LT. The 20s are 8lbs heavier than 18" wheels so it's easier to get away with LTs on 18s with a little more comfort as well.

If in fact OP and myself are experiencing the same thing, LT tires shouldn't be the problem. They're definitely firmer, no doubt about that.
My past (3) F150's have had multiple sets of the current tires i'm running now (295 70r18 Nitto Ridges). Steering wheel has always held straight, then some time last year on my '21 F150 I developed bump steer.
Have checked for worn parts and alignment multiple times, caster angle is the only thing I haven't paid attention to (toe and camber have been messed with a few times with no remedy).
Will request 5deg caster next time and report back!

There are no broken parts and I can't see anything bent or know a reason why they would be. Tires are E Rated, inflated to 40 psi. The front feels like the wheel gets yanked on a high speed bump. The back feels jumpy and unsettled (which I would say is normal-ish in any empty pickup truck) on all bumps.
If it’s not too late, you can get the Raptor 35” KO2s in p-metric (really 34.4”). Would require smaller 17 wheel. I have the 34.1” Recons in p-metric 275/65r20 116T (largest Recon made without going up to D or E)on stock wheels and no level. Rides like a dream and get great fuel mileage
