my OM states i have a 18 steel wheel spare
but under the truck is an 18 alum wheel. did they mess up the book or ??

i was expecting an ugly steel 18 but its a maxxis tire on an alum rim..not sure about the maxxis i had them on my flat bed trailer and we spent one summer blowing them every trip

That’s Ford’s 18” non-matching alloy spare for the F-150, I have no idea what includes them for a build.

i suspected supply chain excuses but dam there is some logic
i find the supply chain issues to be sort of funny
that JUST IN TIME manufacturing really bit a lot of industries in the butt
