I just purchased my 2022 F-150 in Alabama that I ordered back in July. No Ford financing involved.
When I signed the papers, I signed an arbitration agreement with the dealer, but it did not specifically reference or cover Ford. Is this normal?
I have never purchased a new vehicle where I did not have to sign an Arbitration agreement with the Manufacturer. However, I have also never purchased a new vehicle without some degree of Manufacturer financing.
Is the Arbitration agreement with Ford only if you use Ford FInancing or did the dealer just drop the ball?
Full disclosure, I am asking because I am looking for some "leverage" as I still have some unresolved issues regarding price protection back to the order date and Ford not honoring the $3,500 MYCO rebate.
