Shouldn't the front seats in a Lariat 502A have Tilted Head Restraints?

I set in a 2021 Lariat months ago, months before ordering and I was able to tilt the head restraints. Mine don't. Am I missing something?

My Lariat 502A has them. Built in October 2021.
Hmmm, interesting.
Maybe the ones I have are too but I am not using enough force to tilt them?

My 502A (with Bo Unleashed speakers) does also. My only complaint is they are actually pretty far forward in their default position, IMO.

I am 100% confident that I should have them and this situation does not make me very happy, to say the least. Looks like they release the truck with "missing parts" just for the sake of completing it and move on. I am pretty sure my truck is one of the last MY21 ones.

I'll wait to hear from more Lariat 502A owners before I contact Ford.

My XLT 302A certainly doesn't have them. Sounds like a great feature!

When I pull it foward I can feel it click into multiple positions untill it " releases" if pulled fully foward going back to the fully upright position. I hope that Makes sense.

It absolutely does, that's how it should be. Thank you.

I'm telling you, it pains me to say how disappointed I am with this $65K truck. Issue after issue. It's a nice ride, roomy, comfortable, powerful, that's all nice and dandy. But the small things that I now find 5 days into ownership are so frustrating. I dreamed about this truck for years...

I see your point. it is the small things that add up. I'd contact your dealer to get it sorted out. As a referance I have the 502A Pkg.

Not to beat the dead horse but to add another data point—my 502A Lariat built on 11/7 (with B&O Unleashed) has tilting front headrests.

That’s pretty crappy if yours should have them and doesn’t…sounds like more of a GM thing to do, the way they’re building vehicles these days.
