Raise the non-powered front seats?

There are a lot of advantages to being 5'9" tall. However when it comes to sitting in my truck, I wish I was taller. I don't have power seats, so I'm looking for ways to raise the seat. I stumbled across this as one option.

Aside from going to a body stretching clinic, does any one have other ideas or thoughts?

Well, those won't work, they only lift the front of the seat, not the whole seat.....

Not that I know of. I wish I had one like my Jeep has. I basic lever you ratchet up or down.

Given the safety concerns, I think I would be better off trying to find a powered seat base and use my STX upholstery.

Not that I know of. I wish I had one like my Jeep has. I basic lever you ratchet up or down.

That's crazy to me given the cost of an F150. Even cheap economy cars have a manual height adjuster. C'mon Ford.
