One of the costs of a turbocharged engine, even one with advanced water and oil cooling, is frequent oil change intervals. With how expensive trucks are, the relative cost of oil changes is tiny. If the cost makes you want to stretch the intervals to save money, the best solution is to learn to do it yourself.
