I'm traveling more now with my new truck and the beautiful paint up front is taking damage. Do I just use touch up paint or is there a better way? This is just the beginning. What works? Thanks.

I got a partial front end PPF package. All the high impact areas are covered. Has done a great job preventing damage.

Had a civil debate about this issue on here recently. I vote you leave the first defect so that any later damage doesn't smart as much.

Lol! I've already lowered my care standards from foam cannon to Johnny Clean unlimited. If this truck were around when my kids drove my vehicles all the time it would have a dent or two already.

I've already had to paint stick fix about a dozen chips in 18mos of ownership. I'm going PPF on all future vehicles.

I’d say get a hood protector/bug deflector and just touch up once in a while

The chip is in my color matched bumper and I paid extra for Rapid Red Metallic baby!! $495 'cause it's prettier lol

Rapid Red is prettier.
I have some scuffs from a pre-installed front plate holder on my used truck.
Not visible from a distance but still irritating.

Look forward to seeing how the fix goes.
I'll need it too someday.

$1000 for partial front PPF from Pro Tint Orlando and that’s if I do the chip repair ugh. They always put you to it lol. Probably skilled labor and not the material that is driving the cost
