Happened once in my own '21 F150 and twice in a '19 F150 rental.
While driving down a slight incline and braking hard and suddenly, I heard a loud thump right behind the back seat underneath the bed. Kind of as if there were a heavy object sliding forward in the bed and hitting the front of the bed. It for sure does not seem normal.
Has anyone else experienced this or know what that loud thump is?
