Looks like salt caked on undercarriage

Was under the truck today and noticed what looks like road salt all over undercarriage. I'm in AZ and have never seen this. It's all over the front end. Can someone confirm. Sorry for the bad pics.

Could be deicing salt or lawn fertilizer runnoff. I would pressure wash it off then not worry about it.

Rain? In az that would stay on the truck for years.... kidding aside, it was strange, looked like it was driven before the Skid plate was installed. All the salt was behind the Skid plate and not on it. Took it off and cleaned it all up. Thanks for the input.
