Here is the follow up video from the guy who did the F-150 nighttime zone lighting demonstration. In this video, he reviews Ford’s Sync 4 operating system while in an XLT 302A. The video does a really good job of showing how the driver can configure the 12” productivity screen and the 8” instrument cluster screen to their liking.

As many of us know, the 12” productivity screen can be used in single or split screen format and display a number of programs. Some things I did not know is that you can customize the tool bar at the bottom/base of the screen. On the 8” screen instrument cluster, you can configure and or/delete different gauges including you transmission temperature, fuel gauge, turbo boost gauge, etc.

The video also give another good look at that sweet night mode that Sync 4 has! Enjoy!

Why do these newer vehicles not have a voltmeter?
So handy to have and they are capable of informing of
Impending issues.
You can catch charging system faults or a weak battery BEFORE becoming stranded.

I wondered this too, since so many 12V plug in car chargers will report the voltage for you. Of course, it is useless once the engine is running, but as long as you have an outlet that stays hot its a great health indicator.
