Totally geeking out on this thread. :)

Question... when going to larger size tires, what do you do about the spare ?

1. Get a 5th tire of the same exact type/size/model/etc like the new four so all five match ?
2. Or get a cheaper tire in the new larger size like the new four so if needed, it's the same size ?
3. Or leave factory sized spare there and don't worry about it ?

Just checking before buying tires. 285/65/20 should fit stock wheels on a PB without a level? I’m going to eventually go with Icon coilover setup, just waiting for them to have a kit for the 21 F150

For those who have increased the tire size, has anyone had success with re-calibrating the speedometer in their truck. Either via a dealer making the change or FORSCAN? Thanks.

Wow, that looks really good. Now I'm on the fence between 285/65 and 295/60s! I'm assuming that they both would fit without a lift/level. I want a little more diameter but really want to get more width to protect the rims better. I've noticed that the KR chrome wheels are basically flush with the 275 stock tires and I'm hyper paranoid about scuffing them after dealing with very low profile tires on my car for years.

I didn't that aggressive because my on road to off road ratio leans more towards on road.

Hi All, I’m looking to go up to Toyo AT3’s in 285/60/20 while keeping the factory sport 20’’ wheel. A tire shop said they will surely rub, while Ford said they “probably” won’t. Looking for opinions on level of rub, if any, at stock ride or with a level. Thanks!

people have ran 295/60/20 on stock wheels / stock suspension without a rub so 285/60 will surely work.

go back to page six to see these posts, 285/65 is same width, but an inch taller than 285/60:

How do you like the extended running boards? I had them on my Silverado and liked them for reaching into the bed, but not many people have them in pics I've seen on this site. I have them in my build, but haven't purchased yet.

I have 285/60/20’s KO2’s on factory sport wheels without a level. Fits 99% perfect. Just a tiny bit of rubbing at full turn on the rubber fairing in front. I shaved off a milliliter using a dremel.
