double secret update ???/

My truck has no icon or notification of update occurring. ford owner website has no update info and ford pass update notification is none in messages

but this morning my nav settings are changed, bread crumbs, which i had off, are back on and the IPC screen is back to the list of my screen , truck info etc.
battery was charged as i drove 60 miles yesterday at high way speeds ...surely it was UP ???
what happened over night??

I doubt an update occurred, my truck changes the IPC screens sometimes it will happen daily. No rhyme or reason, I just passed it off to buggy software.

I got one May 22 at like 1am.

I did get a pop up on my screen in the truck the day/night before, which I think gave me the option to delay.

I can always tell when I get an update, because all (so far) updates tweak the selections on My View.

Did y’all notice that the latest version of Ford Pass (v5.0) removes all software update information?

It looks more modern but is a lot less useful!

On my version it's there, just hidden under the "Settings" section at the bottom. Of course software update has nothing to do with the app settings but here we are.

Yeah... that's where it USED to be... but I updated last night to v5.0 (on iPhone) and now, under Settings->Software Updates, all I get is:

(Notice how it looks a little different...)

Weird. I still have the 'Release Notes' section in mine with the update details. The last update I had was 5/1 so not sure if that will stay until the next update? Until a set amount of time? Until my FP updates?

It shows up when you get an update on version 5 on the main screen.
