I sold my 2019 Laramie to buy my 2021 Lariat in large part due to the 12" entertainment approaches. I much prefer what Ford has done (even with the Sync4 bugs) than the Laramie. It was a very comfortable truck though.

Ha, I've done exactly this. In fact, that was one of the main end uses for the truck. It's impressive how easily the bed rugs clean out.

When I replaced mine the boot was lost as well as the original pin. Been running the Megohm pin without a boot for over a year without an issue.

Add weight to the bed. I had similar behvior (with good snow tires) but once I added some Tube Sand to the bed it is rock solid now.

Good question. I would assume its an Apple thing though. I don't think that Google Maps turn by turn in the cluster ever worked with CarPlay but not positive as I remember it working at one point but I'm assuming that was on my Android phone before I switched to the iPhone.

If you use Apple Maps with CarPlay you'll get the turn by turn navigation, just not with Google Maps or Waze. If you are an Android Auto user you will get the turn by turn with Google Maps (just not via CarPlay).

If you add studs you need to do it when the tire is new and it is a permanent addition so only do it to dedicated winter tires.
